To that end; Garrett Mortgage, Inc. has changed with the market. The change required a broader loan program base and multi state options.

FHA - purchase and refinance
FHA 203K - also can be utilized for both purchase and refinance. This program allows the cost of repairs to your home to be included in the loan amount.
USDA - Hud's Rural Housing program. You are allowed 100% financing for both purchase and refinance on qualified properties.
Reverse Mortgage - allows qualifying borrowers the ability to access the equity in their home.
